30. What's on Your Plate?

What's On Your Plate?! We live in a time where it's easy to get overloaded, put a lot on our plates, hustle, get overwhelmed, and then burnt out!

In today's episode, I share what I've been up to over the past 3 months. I've taken a pause. I chose to take everything OFF my plate and examine what was in my life, what my purpose and mission are, and what I want to intentionally put back onto my plate so I am aligned with the things that matter most. It's been an amazing process for me, and I'm still doing it. But, It also has forced me to look at my time, capacity, demands, desires, etc. It's refreshing and empowering to be intentional about what happiness and success look like, and then go about creating it to be long-term and sustainable.

This episode is simply sharing my journey over the past 3 months in doing this, and I give you some tips and ideas in case you want to do it for yourselves. Simplicity... Intention... Letting Go... Love... Service...Transformation. Growth... Enjoy!!
