28. When You're Exhausted
Self-care and rest isn't just a nice thing to do, it's ESSENTIAL! After feeling pretty exhausted this week after working for months on the Vibrant Living Wellness Conference, I thought it would be worth digging into the importance of REST and SLEEP! It is definitely a fundamental that affects so many other things in our life. It’s harder to have the energy to move and exercise when you are tired. It’s harder to eat well when you are tired. It’s harder to be positive and happy when you are tired. In this episode, we'll be talking about the power of sleep and rest and WHY IT IS SO NECESSARY!!
